'Tis the gift to be simple, 'tis the gift to be free,

'Tis the gift to come down where we ought to be,

And when we find ourselves in the place just right,

'Twill be in the valley of love and delight.

When true simplicity is gained,

To bow and to bend we shan't be ashamed,

To turn, turn will be our delight,

Till by turning, turning we come round right.

One Sunday while I was at Music and the Spoken Word, the Mormon tabernacle choir sang this song and I couldn't stop the tears that were streaming down my face. Life was stressful at the time, mostly because of decisions I had made, and the decision I was faced with at the time. I love this song so much, and when I hear it (especially when I hear the mo-tab choir singing it) it brings peace to my heart and mind. It has just been in my head a lot recently and I find myself singing it at random times during the day.

Thanks for sharing, I love this song too, and I believe it.
Love you,
